Hello Adam.
I find this vision very innocent of certification.
It seems important to remind me that certification is not magic and that half of the quality management systems are useless, ineffective and unthinkable.
ISO 9001 can also, poorly done, produce the opposite of what is expected.
No magic exists in the application of a standard, or in the promises of a consulting office...
